Halcyon was the first in-country private sector member of the Public Private Alliance for Responsible Minerals Trade (PPA), a US based multi-sector initiative comprised of civil society, industry and Government actors supporting charitable projects in the Great Lakes region of Central Africa.
Halcyon has also served as an elected Governance Committee member at the PPA.

Halcyon has been an elected Executive Committee member of the Tantalum-Niobium International Study Center (TIC), the industry-wide body representing producers, consumers, Governments and other actors in the tantalum and niobium supply chain.

Halcyon has been appointed to the OECD’s Multi-stakeholder Steering Group (MSG), working to implement the Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas.
